Pre Ordering:

Measurements:

Material Calculation and List:  We will happily reveiw and assist the customer in the calculation of material; however, the customer understands we are not responsible for miscalculation.  We are only as good as the measurements given.

Payment:  No order will be sent to production until the material list is signed off by the customer and payment is received in full.

Production Time Frame:  Any time frame is provided as a courtesy, and is subject to change.  Things such as material availability, shipping, and labor can prolong production.

Delivery and Damaged Materials:

Shipping cost: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.  If local in the Central Florida Area, shipping is based on milages from our location to the point of delivery. If shipping requires, LDL the appropriate ship cost will apply.
